About the Role
You will be playing the role of a Technical Project Team Member who is responsible for providing technical / functional solutions to the business requirements pertaining to Finnone CAS. You will need to ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and with quality. As a Finnone expert you should be able to troubleshoot teething issues and provide realtime resolution for the reported issues. Individual will be responsible for continuous enhancements, up time, compliance to audit, information security and risk points related to these applications
Key Responsibilities
- Track projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope and timeline.
- Provide comprehensive solution that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide consultancy, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree from accredited college in computer science or IT related discipline (or equivalent work experience or diploma)
Role Proficiencies:
- 6 – 8 years in tech experience in executing complex projects and applications in Retail lendingspecifically in Finnone CAS
- Strong in communication and orientation skills. Should able to represent IT with business stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Should possess the ability to do the activities listed below
- New technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes.
- Participate during requirement gathering
- Write technical requirements from a critical phase
- Interact with vendors to understand and execute the project
- Assist programmers during system development, ex: provide use cases, flowcharts or even database design
- Responsible for system testing (SIT, Performance, security testing)
- Responsible for designing components and providing that information to the developer.
- Monitoring system compliance in accordance with IT policy standards.
- Evaluate alternative solutions to business problems and select preferred solution. Justify selection.
- Working experience/ Awareness in some of the following technology skills:
- Finnone CAS working experience is mandatory
- Hands on in Oracle PLSQL / Web services integration
- Operating Systems: RHEL, AIX, Solaris, Windows Servers.
