Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing
- Track projects with top-down oversight to ensure adherence to scope and timeline
- Merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate managers and technical staff across all project phases
- Communicate proactively to identify problems, create solutions and drive efficiency improvements
- Participate in requirement gathering and write technical requirements
- Interact with vendors to understand and execute projects
- Assist programmers with use cases, flowcharts and database design
- Lead system testing (SIT, performance, security)
- Design components and hand them off to developers
- Monitor compliance with IT policy standards
- Evaluate and justify alternative solutions to business problems
